Forestry mulching is an efficient and eco-friendly method of clearing land while selectively leaving established and mature trees. Our state-of-the-art mulching equipment, including both drum and disc mulchers, can process vegetation and underbrush into mulch, thus leaving behind a nutrient-rich layer that promotes healthy soil. This process not only clears your land but also helps prevent erosion and promotes new growth. We use top of the line high-flow Bobcat drum mulchers by Fecon.

Drum mulchers are cylindrical attachments covered in hardened steel or carbide teeth. They are excellent for cutting and mulching vegetation and underbrush, producing a more refined mulch. Drum mulchers can be ideal for processing large amounts of vegetation and brush at once, making them perfect for selective clearing and maintenance in between trees. Also, the terrain in Panama City and Northwest Florida is unique and Forestry Mulching has proven to be an excellent method for clearing and maintenance.

Disc brush cutters/mulchers are particularly effective for cutting large areas of thick underbrush, grass and small trees that do not need to be mulched as finely as utilizing a drum mulcher, thus they are known for their high productivity. They generally process material faster than drum mulchers in addition to producing a more coarser finished product.
